As part of its strategy to transition to an electric vehicle fleet and make 50% of its deliveries green, urban delivery firm Trusk is partnering with Guided Energy to address the associated challenges.
To support Trusk, Guided Energy, an integrated EV fleet and charge management solution provider, will provide:
- All-in-one EV platform – a central hub for EV, charger and fleet performance data, enhancing clarity and control over operations;
- Automated intelligence – assignments of the best EV to the best route using advanced algorithms and range predictions, making dispatch easier and more effective;
- Predictive monitoring – real-time alerts to resolve incidents such as charging interruptions or over-consumption, minimizing the impact on operations; and
- Data management – performance evaluation of Trusk’s routes and subcontractors to optimize costs and improve delivery success rates.
“Guided Energy is the platform we’ve been looking for to manage our fleet of electric vehicles,” said Clément Tran Van Lieu, head of fleet at Trusk. “Thanks to their solution, Trusk is pursuing its goal of reducing its carbon impact and achieving 50% green deliveries by the end of 2024. This collaboration provides us with a complete solution and enables us to meet the many challenges associated with fleet electrification.”
Since beginning the partnership, Trusk has reduced route failures by 50%, improving reliability and customer satisfaction; seen more reliable and real-time visibility across EVs and chargers; and reduced overhead for the fleet and dispatch teams, thanks to the automation of electric vehicle operations, enabling them to deliver a better customer experience.
Anant Kapoor, CEO of Guided Energy, commented, “We’re thrilled to partner with the talented team at Trusk and be part of their electrification strategy. Their willingness to embrace transformational technology is the reason they’re paving the way for a much more renewable and productive fleet than ever before.”
