A survey commissioned by UPS Canada has found that 76% of entrepreneur customers prefer to work with a partner that provides direct access to support and advice.
The findings conducted by the UPS Small Business team found that three-quarters of customers want to have the ability to contact representatives on matters including strategic business support.
It found that 27% would like contact on the phone, 26% would prefer it via email and 23% want to chat online.
Paul Gaspar, UPS Canada small business entrepreneur, said, “We conducted this survey to understand the needs of our customers, and it is reassuring to know they want to learn and work with experts that will help them grown their business.”
Members of the UPS Small Business Program have access to a knowledgeable team of small business ambassadors, which works with customers on a one-to-one basis to build tailored solutions to their business needs.
In line with this, UPS Canada has revealed a new eight-week national pricing offer that entitles Program members to a 40% discount on shipping rates.
Gaspar added, “Beyond competitive pricing, the UPS Small Business Program offers entrepreneurs the reliable service they need and a global connections to the 220 countries and territories we serve.”
