FedEx has launched a new returns service in partnership with Blue Yonder that will enable customers to access a low-cost, box- and label-free returns solution at 3,000 drop-off locations across the USA.
The FedEx Easy Returns service will also streamline the returns process for merchants by routing returns through a reverse logistics facility for optimal recovery, helping merchants ensure the accuracy and speed of the return, as well as potentially reducing waste.
