The first-ever end-to-end expo for the e-commerce and parcel industry in the USA, covering everything from package fulfillment all the way through to final delivery and returns, takes place next week in Cincinnati, Ohio. Exclusively focused on the complete parcel and e-commerce journey, Package Fulfillment, Logistics & Delivery Expo, North America will be held on July 13 & 14, at the Duke Energy Convention Center.
With parcel volumes forecast to double by 2026 (Pitney Bowes Parcel Shipping Index), the demand for innovative technologies and solutions in this space has never been greater. Visitors to the Duke Energy Convention Center next week will find the very latest innovations from a rich mix of truly international suppliers who have traveled from as far as Europe, Israel, Argentina, China and Australia.
The show aims to provide decision makers and buyers from e-retailers, fulfillment companies, shippers, 3PLs, CPGs, grocery delivery firms, couriers, home delivery companies and postal services with the perfect opportunity to source new partners and find the latest technologies to help keep them one step ahead of the explosive growth in e-commerce, package fulfillment, parcel delivery and returns.
As such, the exhibition is closed to the public to ensure a strict focus on business, with a broad range of specialist exhibitors all under one roof to ensure maximum convenience and to allow visitors to get around the hall in a day or two before returning to their offices full of new possibilities.
Leading exhibitors include Purolator, BrightDrop, BlueCrest, Canada Post, the FAA, Opex, MHS Global, Tompkins Robotics and Vanderlande. Solutions on show cover every aspect of the industry. For example, BrightDrop will present a new all-electric cart as an ideal replacement for the traditional ‘dolly’; NPI will exhibit a high-speed shoe sorting system specifically designed for 24/7 warehouse automation and fulfillment operation; Cincinnati’s own Workhorse will present its latest electric delivery vehicles and state-of-the-art drone technology; and Parcel Perform will demonstrate its Date of Arrival Predictions (DAP) engine that analyzes historical data from millions of past shipments to predict the date of delivery with up to 98% accuracy.
