Nova Poshta has increased its network of branches and post offices to 27,050, adding over 4,000 in 2023 alone.
The Ukrainian postal operator opened 2,242 new branches and installed 1,853 new mailboxes last year, with a special emphasis on opening PUDO service points with active business partners, where customers can send or receive pre-paid parcels weighing up to 10kg.
The company’s network now consists of 11,460 branches and 15,590 post offices, with 60% of all Nova Poshta mailboxes located indoors and in residential complexes and 40% being street mailboxes.
Currently, Nova Poshta branches and post offices operate in more than 10,000 settlements throughout Ukraine. In 2023, the company increased network coverage by 20%. The most active growth of the network took place in Chernivtsi, Ternopil, Vinnytsia, Volyn, Rivne, Kirovohrad and Cherkasy regions.
Nova Poshta invested UAH1.1bn (US$29.1m) in the development of the network of branches and post offices last year. It plans to increase this amount to UAH1.9bn (US$50.2m) in 2024 and open another 9,000 service points.
