KEBA has won a contract with Lithuania Railways to use its KePol handover systems for document transfers.
Using 42 KePol CL-02 lockers, Lithuania Railways can exchange freight documents with its business customers without personal contact, cutting the risk of transmitting coronavirus.
The lockers are available 24/7 with handovers taking place when it suits involved parties without the time pressure of restrictive opening hours.
KePol CL-02 lockers are weatherproof and suitable for both indoor and outdoor operations.
KEBA says the lockers are easy to install and this, combined with the on-site service by the experts at its partner Hansab Lithuania, was a crucial factor for Lithuania Railways.
