Parcelforce Worldwide has announced the launch of its FrankPay shipping system, which the company says will provide UK businesses with instant access to domestic and international services, with payment via a franking machine.
According to the organization, the system helps customers save time through in-house postage, enabling quicker processing of larger parcel volumes. Combined with centralized payments, this means customers can efficiently manage postage spend without having to apply for a Parcelforce Worldwide contract. Payment is made via a franking machine at the end of the booking process and the company says customers can also create labels for domestic UK and export destinations.
Aiming to make the system as hassle-free as possible, Parcelforce notes that customers simply choose the FrankPay option on the payment method page within its existing online booking system, enter their die number (the unique number on their franking machine) and then generate labels. It also highlights that payment via a franking machine means customers can request a Parcelforce Worldwide collection, or drop off their parcel at a Post Office.
