Bell and Howell, a provider of parcel and letter sorting solutions, has announced that it has joined the Global Address Data Association (GADA). GADA advocates to posts, government authorities and development bodies worldwide the importance of developing addressing and location data system and making the data available to businesses.
GADA’s mission includes participating in the United States Postal Service’s (USPS) Mailers’ Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC), and the organization has invited Bell and Howell representatives to participate in this work. MTAC’s membership is drawn from the entire postal industry, and provides advice and opinions of the mailing community to USPS with respect to its products and services.
Charles Prescott, executive director, GADA, said, “MTAC is the ‘voice of the consumer,’ and Bell and Howell brings to the conversation with USPS its unique insights into the postal needs of all its customers.”
