Meanwhile, the conference will see specialist sessions covering e-commerce and last-mile delivery, logistics, digital disruption, strategic directions, autonomous futures, and expanding financial services, to name just a few. The Universal Postal Union (UPU) conference will feature special sessions on postal operators and the impact of personal data privacy regulation, dealing with dangerous and prohibited goods, and a special invitation-only communications workshop for postal operators.
The exhibition is open from Tuesday morning on October 9, through to Thursday late afternoon, while the conference is running for the extra day, starting Monday, October 8 for four days. Wednesday, October 10 is UPU day, with a unique conference programme arranged by the UPU, while the Postal Technology International Awards for innovation and excellence will take place later in the day, accompanied by a drinks party in the exhibition hall – open to all visitors.
