Last-mile technology logistics specialist Stuart has partnered with technology company Square to consolidate their operating systems and simplify e-commerce operations for retailers.
Square’s platform enables businesses to tailor their e-commerce operations, adapting to the different ways customers prefer to place orders, pay or receive deliveries. From managing cash flow and team members, to delivery and customer data, Square’s centralized system uses technology to offer both businesses and end-consumers an optimized e-commerce experience.
The consolidation with Stuart’s last-mile delivery platform allows merchants to automatically connect to a localized network of independent courier partners when a Square Online delivery order comes in. This seamless integration enables businesses to provide an enhanced digital ordering and delivery experience, building direct relationships with their customers, and ultimately increasing brand loyalty.
“The e-commerce landscape is fast-moving and highly competitive, so building strong customer relations and optimizing operations is paramount right now,” stated Cornelia Raportaru, CEO of Stuart. “In joining forces with Square, we are delighted that even more businesses will be able to fully benefit from the power of streamlined delivery and operations in one integrated system.”
Samina Hussain-Letch, executive director of Square, UK, added, “This partnership with Stuart allows us to further support businesses by providing them with an easy solution to automate in-house delivery to their customers and gain time back. Having this time back allows business owners to boost their productivity which in turn helps them to grow their business faster and focus on providing the best experience for their customers.”
