Royal Mail has begun its third year-long partnership with business advice specialist Holly & Co to champion small businesses across the UK.
In previous years Royal Mail has worked with Holly & Co – which describes itself as “the home of small business advice and inspiration” – on initiatives to support small businesses and will continue to do so over the coming year. Previous initiatives have included sharing business tips, launching unique competitions, and business Instagram Lives in which Holly & Co founder Holly Tucker MBE has interviewed senior members of Royal Mail.
Royal Mail has also launched a Small Business Hub, where businesses from marketplace sellers to SMEs looking to expand can get useful insight, tips and view success stories. Holly & Co also features on the hub, including writing guest articles and sharing top tips. The hub provides the opportunity for small businesses to learn more about Royal Mail’s products and services and how they can help their needs.
Holly & Co is a resource for small businesses at any stage of their business journey. Founded by Tucker (who also founded notonthehighstreet), Holly & Co offers advice and inspiration for anyone running their own business or thinking of starting one.
Nick Landon, chief commercial officer at Royal Mail, said, “This is our third year in partnership with Holly & Co after working together to provide vital support to UK small businesses during some really challenging times. Small businesses are the backbone of the UK and many of Royal Mail’s services, including our versatile Click & Drop system, provide them with the tools they need to really prosper.”
Holly Tucker said, “The role small businesses play in the UK economy is not to be underestimated, with SMEs accounting for 61% of UK employment. I’m thrilled that Royal Mail is joining us in recognizing this contribution and joining us on our mission to empower UK founders across the country with advice and inspiration.”
