As part of its digital transformation, Polish postal operator Poczta Polska has launched an online store offering thousands of products to its customers.
Customers can visit sklep.poczta-polska.pl to buy school and office supplies, children’s items and beauty and haberdashery products, as well as items for the home and garden, souvenirs and gadgets. Each product is accompanied by a photo and clear description, which will make it easier to make a purchase decision. These new products are offered alongside the traditional stamps, cartons, envelopes, foil packs and newspaper products already available online from Poczta Polska.
The new e-commerce site will also offer promotions, enabling customers to purchase items at low cost and with ease, with no registration required. Items can be paid for using bank transfer, credit card, BLIK, Google Pay or Apple Pay.
Fast shipping, status monitoring and free returns
New systems and warehousing solutions will speed up order shipping and items can be sent to a collection point or home address, depending on customer preference. Customers using the Pocztex Mobile application can also track their parcel’s route on their smartphone or other mobile device. All items can be returned within 14 days, free of charge.
