Poland’s second-largest online marketplace, ERLI, has partnered with DPD to provide more efficient and cost-effective e-commerce delivery with its new ERLI DPD Kurier service.
All registered e-shops on the ERLI platform now have access to this new delivery option, marking a strategic step for ERLI as it continues expanding services for its rapidly growing user base.
Katarzyna Kierach, ERLI’s marketing director, commented, “DPD is a leader in courier services and logistics solutions for e-commerce. The carrier offers fast deliveries in attractive price conditions, and has an extensive network of collection points, parcel machines and city points in attractive locations.
“When choosing business partners, we always keep in mind the benefits of cooperation that we can offer to sellers and customers. DPD provides the most flexible courier delivery option on the market in terms of parcel dimensions, which is especially important for a large group of our merchants selling products from the home and garden category.”
DPD’s infrastructure includes a robust system for next-day deliveries, with approximately 98% of packages reaching customers within 24 hours. In addition to home delivery, DPD provides a network of 30,000 PUDO points and lockers across Poland, enabling customers to select the most convenient delivery method.
Łukasz Zembowicz, director of sales and marketing, member of the management board, DPD Polska, said, “We are pleased to establish cooperation with the ERLI platform, which successfully gains the trust of sellers and individual customers in Poland. I am convinced that our infrastructure and logistics resources in the form of nearly 10,000 couriers and 30,000 parcel points and locker machines will create value for ERLI, sellers and customers.
“We know how important it is to offer choice. Customers who prefer delivery to the address will receive their parcel from the courier at any place throughout the country. Those who value greater flexibility will be able to redirect the package to any DPD Pickup point via the DPD Mobile platform or application.
“In addition, thanks to the DPD Mobile application, customers can, among other things, monitor the status of the shipment on an ongoing basis, change the place of collection, or get a contact with the courier.
“But that’s not all, thanks to the archive of shipments, the customer can check the history of their purchases or shipments. We create our solutions to best support the development of e-commerce and customer experience.”
