Parcel carrier SpeedX has acquired Accelerated Global Solutions, a cross-border e-commerce logistics provider, in a bid to expand its domestic delivery services across the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico.
According to the companies, the acquisition for an undisclosed sum will enable SpeedX to combine its last-mile delivery capabilities with AGS’s strength in freight forwarding and customs brokerage, and provide expansion opportunities for SpeedX’s domestic air zone-skipping service.
“I’m proud to announce the acquisition of AGS and begin collaborating with its exceptional team,” said Chris Zheng, founder and CEO of SpeedX in a statement on LinkedIn. “AGS has achieved impressive growth, with revenues breaking key milestones and a consistent annual growth rate of 50%.
“In 2025, we’re expanding into Southeast Asia, Australia and the EMEA region while executing am ambitious M&A strategy. By harnessing our combined strengths, we’ll identify new market opportunities, elevate our service offerings, and drive sustained growth.”
The company was launched in New York City in 2022 and has delivered 45 million parcels to date for online marketplaces, large retailers and fulfillment centers and has a target of about 500,000 daily parcel deliveries in 2025. The company plans to expand next year in Southeast Asia, Australia, Europe and the Middle East through acquisitions.
