The Delivery Group has joined forces with IT and delivery specialist the Parcel Monkey Group to launch ETrak, a new e-commerce delivery solution to simplify the process of international shipping for online retailers.
It incorporates an end-to-end shipping service – from collection, labelling and sortation, to customs clearance and injection into the final-mile carrier network. Notably, customers can access real-time tracking information on shipments, manage returns and produce detailed reports, all through a single cloud-based platform.
The companies highlight that, with the transition period for Brexit coming to an end on December 31, UK retailers will be faced with new challenges for shipping to the EU. They say ETrak provides an end-to-end solution to keep international shipping simple and affordable, offering a route-optimized, cross-border shipping solution that is designed with the end-user in mind. For example, it seamlessly integrates with existing software such as Metapack, Consignor and Linnworks.
