Robotics distributor and integrator ONExia has reached a partnership agreement with Fetch Robotics, a manufacturer of autonomous warehouse robots, enabling the company to sell Fetch’s entire line of commercial robotic hardware and software solutions.
Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) from Fetch Robotics work alongside warehouse workers and can navigate using a map, allowing them to plan their own paths to travel quickly and efficiently. Fetch AMRs also have onboard intelligence that allows them to recognize and react to people, cars, forklifts, and other obstacles in the warehouse facility. They can also safely continue doing their jobs no matter how busy the surrounding environment.
Norm Williams, director of sales for Fetch Robotics, said, “We are delighted to have ONExia representing Fetch in the USA. With their extensive experience in selling industrial and service robots in the Mid-Atlantic, more than 25 years of know-how, and world-class engineers, they are an ideal partner for us.”
ONExia works with a wide variety of robotics companies and offers a comprehensive suite of services including products and solutions for motion control, precision positioning, robotics, networking, inspection, and machine safety.
Greg Selke, CEO of ONExia, said, “We are excited about our partnership with Fetch Robotics. Through our industrial experience and knowledge of the capabilities of the Fetch product line, we will be able to provide the best service, support, integration and education to customers in the Mid-Atlantic. We have seen the benefit of these robots to the warehouse and logistics industry and can’t wait to help put them out in the world.”
