Service Provider of the Year: LibanPost
LibanPost has posted year-on-year growth since 2007. Today more than 50% of the post’s revenues come from non-postal activities, such as financial and government services. LibanPost has grown its offering to now include 160 different government services, from passport renewal to driving license applications and document certification.

Supplier of the Year: StreetScooter
StreetScooter is a versatile electric vehicle designed for a wide range of industries. The company’s first vehicle, the E-Transporter, was developed in 2011 in a cooperation between Deutsche Post DHL Group and StreetScooter, which became a wholly owned subsidiary of the DHL Group in 2014. Today, StreetScooter is available several bodies, including as a dumper, delivery van, refrigeration unit or as a pickup.

Environmental Achievement of the Year: TRAILAR, Deutsche Post DHL Group and Don-Bur
Deutsche Post DHL Group (DHL) developed the TRAILAR solar transportation solution as part of its target to achieve zero emissions by 2050. The aim is to make the operator’s fleet greener, more cost-efficient and urban-friendly.

Delivery Innovation of the Year: Drones in action for public health, Swiss Post
Since October 2017, Swiss Post has been using autonomous transportation drones, which fly at around 72km/h (45mph), to carry urgently required medical goods quickly, cost-effectively and flexibly from A to B, leading to savings of up to 80% in transportation time and costs.

New Business Diversification of the Year: Street Data Service, Posti and Vaisala
In June 2016 Posti teamed up with Vaisala, which develops products and services for environmental and industrial measurement, to create the Street Data Service. The new service sees Posti use Vaisala’s RoadAI solution to create situational pictures of the road network and environment in Finland in connection with the mail delivery network.

Sorting Center Innovation of the Year: Autonomous sorting, Swiss Post and Unmanned Life
Unmanned Life and Swiss Post worked together between March and July 2018 to test a new autonomous sorting solution in a real-life environment. The solution used AI software to perform sortation by utilizing fleets of autonomous mobile robots.

Digital Innovation of the Year: OneView and Australia Post
Australia Post has replaced its traditional point-of-sale (POS) retail solution with a OneView Digital Store Platform that offers mobile checkout, relevant and personalized promotions, and expanded omnichannel services that tie the current transaction to other points of customer engagement.
