Fashion retailer New Look is offering free collections and returns on products ordered online and delivered to Doddle parcel shops in the UK.
Doddle’s network of parcel stores are located in and around train stations and are open early until late, so New Look customers can click and collect their online purchases as part of their commute.
Doddle is regularly expanding its parcel shop network with flagship locations at London Waterloo, Victoria, Cannon Street and Paddington stations. The company’s retail partners include Amazon, Asos, Warehouse, River Island, Hawes & Curtis and TM Lewin.
Doddle has fitted a third of its stores with changing rooms, allowing consumers to try on purchases and return them instantly if required.
Danny Barrasso, managing director UK and ROI, New Look, said, “With over 30% of New Look customers choosing to collect from our stores, we know there is a strong appetite for fast and convenient delivery options. Working with Doddle will give our customers a wider choice and enable them to select the option that best fits in with their routine.”
Tim Robinson, CEO, Doddle, said, “Retailers of all shapes and sizes need to be able to offer customers a range of convenient options for collection and returns so that customers can chose the one that suits them best. We’re delighted to have New Look on board; they are an early supporter of Doddle and are a prime example of a large retailer putting customer choice and convenience front and center.”
