InPost Group has launched a new delivery service today (February 24) that allows customers to send label-free parcels directly from the InPost app to lockers, PUDO points and home addresses in the UK.
The Send service will also provide real-time tracking to ensure customers and receivers have complete visibility on their parcels. It is available for items up to 15kg, with prices based on small, medium and large sizes.

The launch of Send is part of InPost’s wider £600m (US$758m) investment in its UK operations between 2025 and 2029 that will take its total investment to $1bn (US$1.2bn). Investments include the acquisition of Menzies Distribution in October 2024 to gain full control over its entire logistics process – covering first, middle and last mile – as well as its partnership with Yodel for to-door deliveries from lockers.
