Deutsche Post DHL Group has opened a new permanent exhibit called Level 3°0 at its headquarters in Bonn, Germany. The interactive display allows employees, visitors and guests to explore and familiarize themselves with the latest products, services and innovations from the post.
The exhibit is based on the 30th floor of the Post Tower headquarters and contains 11 different stations including DHL’s Postfinder outlet finder, the Paketkasten parcel delivery box, the Post Mobil App and the SIMSme instant messenger. The interactive stands allow visitors to experience and test Deutsche Post DHL products for themselves. Visitors can also generate individualized postcards with their own designs at the Funcard station.
Melanie Kreis, board member for personnel at Deutsche Post DHL, said, “We welcome some 10,000 visitors to the Post Tower every year. Many of our visitors would like to learn more about DHL’s various products and we are accommodating this wish with Level 3°0. With this exhibit we can respond to this wish and make it possible for our visitors, guests and employees to experience our innovative capabilities up close.”
Jürgen Gerdes, CEO, post e-commerce parcel at Deutsche Post DHL, said, “Megatrends and major issues such as data security and, especially, digitization and e-commerce influence our customers’ lives. As a business, we want to play an active part in shaping these trends. We are showing only a few examples of innovative products and services in this exhibit that will meet with an enthusiastic response from our customers in the coming years as well.”
Further stations from the air freight, sea freight and road transportation divisions, and from the contract logistics field will be added to the exhibit in the coming months.
