The full conference program for Post-Expo 2016 is now available online, with more than 80 leading-industry speakers contributing to three days of conference sessions and panel discussions on key topics in the industry.
Taking place on May 24-26, 2016, at the Asia World Expo center in Hong Kong, the event will provide postal operators, logistics companies and express carriers with a unique opportunity to network and share ideas on a wide range of issues.
The Conference kicks off with the World Postal Business Forum, an all-day session organized by the Universal Postal Union (UPU) looking at challenging the industry status quo.
This will be followed on day two by concurrently running sessions on Cross-Border Commerce (with a presentation on cross-border collaboration by Carl Schelfhaut, chief of staff, DHL eCommerce, Singapore); First and Last-Mile Logistics (with an examination of how to create a rewarding delivery experience by Misko Kanko, director of global strategy for Canada Post); and the newly introduced Live Innovations Showcase a series of interactive sessions where new technology, ideas and concepts will be presented to the audience.
The Innovations Showcase will continue into day three where it will be joined by sessions on Growing and Developing SME Customers, and Post-Expo’s highly anticipated Future Leaders Program, created by Derek Osborn of Whatnext4u and Graeme Lee of Sunflower Associates.
Delegates are also encouraged to explore the free-to-attend Post-Expo Exhibition, with more than 100 international stands showcasing new services, innovations and technology designed to help transform and develop postal businesses.
