Since the first edition of this benchmark report in 2021, many carriers and operators from Europe have shared information about their PUDO and APM scores. Notwithstanding this, we believe there is still a sizable group that has not provided us with data until now, and those we have presented have come from available press materials, interviews and website information.
Where data is not provided, we may understate the size and importance of your network or miss you altogether, which means that for the next year you will be misrepresented in what has become the go-to out-of-home (OOH) compendium for Europe. Submission is free and we only ask that you fill in a simple Excel sheet with basic data for your network(s).
In last year’s report we were able to gather information on nearly 280 networks with close to 450,000 OOH locations (PUDO and parcel lockers) in the EU and UK.
Below are the top five OOH network operators in 2022:

Each year sees the emergence of new OOH networks. This year, we’re expanding our coverage to include Norway, Switzerland and Ukraine as supplements to the report. Starting from the 2025 edition, these countries will be integrated into the core report.
As has been the case every year, we can see that planned investments for 2024, especially for parcel lockers, are going full steam ahead.
Thanks to our cooperation with Parcel Pending by Quadient, the report will continue to be free and available to all interested parties.
