Escher has appointed Matt Jones as its new chief strategy officer and Kevin Seller as chief sales officer. Jones and Seller have each previously served at the vice president level within Escher.
As chief strategy officer, Jones (above) will be responsible for the vision, strategy and product management across the company’s post and parcel-focused retail and delivery solutions. Jones joined Escher two years ago as the company’s vice president of product and strategy, and he has helped lead company growth and new product offerings in that time. Jones’s leadership has been key to Escher’s market positioning and recent work with delivery operations.
Having previously served at Escher as the vice president of sales in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) since 2019 and the interim chief sales officer since November 2022, Seller (below) will now officially lead Escher’s global sales efforts as an executive leadership team member. Building on his time in the EMEA region, Seller will use his experience and knowledge of the postal, government and financial sectors to help position Escher’s product offerings as competitive and compelling solutions for postal operators.
“On behalf of the entire team at Escher, I am pleased to welcome Matt and Kevin to the executive leadership team,” said Brody Buhler, CEO of Escher Group. “In keeping with our focus on growing with our customers, promoting two dedicated professionals with decades of experience in dealing with and solving complex customer business problems benefits our customers and Escher. Matt and Kevin’s leadership will ensure our customers get deep market insight and their voices and perspectives drive our innovation agenda as we push the boundaries of industry transformation.”
